The Digital Backlog Scorecard.

This is a simple way to see whether your business needs more ideas or more execution. Score the work that is closest to enquiries, trust, time and momentum.

Month-to-month · One active priority or agreed batch at a time

Score one point for each true statement

The higher the score, the more likely the business has an execution backlog.

  • Your strongest service is not clearly explained on the website.
  • A campaign has been discussed more than once but still has no page or asset set.
  • Your Google profile, social visuals or emails do not match the quality of the business.
  • Useful AI/admin improvements have been mentioned but not implemented.
  • A good enquiry path exists in your head but not on the page.
  • The same digital task keeps being pushed into next month.

How to read the score

One or two points means tighten a few visible assets. Three or four points means the backlog is probably costing momentum. Five or more points means monthly Digital Operator support may be a better fix than another one-off task.

What SupaDesign checks first

The first check is not taste. It is commercial friction: what is making the offer harder to understand, trust, enquire about or follow up?

Show us the work that should help win your next customer.

Bring the business name, website, work that keeps slipping and the service or opportunity that should be chosen more often. The fit check does not create a payment.
