At SupaDesign, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. It applies to all SupaDesign products and services, including our Shopify apps such as UpsellFlow.

SupaDesign Service Enquiries

When you submit the SupaDesign fit-check form, we collect the contact and business details you provide, including your name, business name, business email, optional phone number, website, role, current digital capability, areas of work, timing and priorities.

We use this information to assess whether the Monthly Digital Operator engagement is a fit, respond to the enquiry, agree next steps and maintain an accurate commercial record. This is based on taking steps you request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in operating and measuring the service. Submitting the form does not create a subscription or payment.

Browser measurement records only generic events such as a start, WhatsApp, email or case-study click, together with the page path, CTA location and offer identifier. Form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and URL query strings are not sent in those events. Internal growth reporting uses aggregate counts without contact-level personal data.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics to measure website visits, contact-button clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. Google receives browser and device information, a cookie identifier, the public page path and the referring website origin. We remove URL query strings and fragments, and do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers or company details in these events. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept. Its first-party analytics cookies are set for up to 90 days. We save your analytics choice in this browser's local storage. Use the “Analytics privacy settings” button to change your choice or turn analytics off; turning it off stops future measurement and removes these analytics cookies from this site. It does not erase measurements already sent. Contact clicks are measured separately from successful enquiries.

How We Handle Merchant Data

When you install one of our Shopify apps, we access only the data necessary to provide the service. Here's exactly what we collect and why:

Data Retention & Deletion

For Shopify apps, we retain store data only as long as the app is installed and delete store and order data within 30 days of uninstall. For SupaDesign service enquiries and client records, we retain information only as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, keep required business records and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time, subject to any legal record-keeping obligation.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted sub-processors to operate our services (e.g. hosting, payment processing). We never sell your data to third parties. All sub-processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with this policy.

Your Rights
